Financial Student Assistant
Assist
the DFSS financial team with a variety of clerical and financial tasks in
support of our four units – Design & Construction, Facilities Management,
Campus Planning and Environmental Health & Safety.
- Maintain electronic filing of various records –
includes scanning, verifying documents, and organizing files
- Route AP requisitions
- Route work tickets
- Assist staff with basic reconciliations
Requirements:
UCSB student with an interest in gaining office and
financial experience in a professional environment. Must be computer literate
with a high attention to detail and interested in learning new tools. Must be available
10-20 hours per week between 8-5, M-F. We will work around class and test
schedules. Work is available all quarters.
Experience with MS Excel/Access preferred, but not required.
Workstudy preferred, but not required.
