Development Administrative Assistant

This position reports to both the A&L Development & Finance teams. Maintain and update administrative and financial records and databases. General office duties include photocopying, filing, sorting, mail merging, mass mailing, data entry, and daily duties as assigned by either the Development or Finance team. Also, maintaining. This position also requires excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to organize and prioritize work, and ability to work independently with little supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Database software is preferred.
