Facilities and Ground Assistant

Landscaping duties in specified areas not maintained by Facilities Management such as courtyard potted plants, inner office plant atriums, front entrance potted plants, and indoor plants. Landscaping duties include watering, weeding, trimming, fertilizing,and seasonal replanting. Facility duties include sweeping, dusting, cleaning of outdoor furniture, cleaning windows and door frames at main entrances. Cleaning and blowing the loading dock and electric car garage area. Also, cleaning the electric vehicle at the Transportation Office on a weekly basis. Breaking down boxes on the dock. Assist storekeepers with furniture moving and supply deliveries as needed. 8-18 hours per week.
