Do you have what it takes to be a Certified Santa Barbara Tutoring Instructor?! We are looking for outgoing, hardworking professionals to join our team! 

We provide SAT, ACT, SSAT, ISEE, and general tutoring services. After training, tutors are assigned students and schedule directly with SBT clients throughout Santa Barbara County.

Help students lift grades or achieve their college admission goals while improving their self-esteem as an SB Tutoring Instructor! 

·    Top scores (top 90% for the SAT/ACT)

·    Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills

·    Strong organizational and time management skills

·    Reliable transportation (ability to travel to clients’ homes within Santa Barbara County)

·    Strong attention to detail

·    Punctual, ability to manage multiple clients

·    Computer and Microsoft Office proficient

·    College degree preferred

·    Competitive pay: $18 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
