Acacia's mission is to provide college students a safe, supportive space in which they receive quality, long term and consistent mental health care that is highly accessible, affordable, specialized, and culturally sensitive. We strive to provide holistic care including yoga, mindfulness/meditation, workshops, and social programming geared toward enhancing student well-being. We work closely with academic institutions to provide optimal mental health referrals and support hundreds of students each academic year. We are looking for an accounting student to help out with bookkeeping in our central businesses office.
Job Summary
The bookkeeping assistant will be responsible for accepting and categorizing transactions in Quickbooks, conducting monthly reconciliations of our bank accounts, tracking contractor payments, and providing monthly reports for the organization. Previous Quickbooks experience is not required and training can be provided by supervisor. Starting work-load will vary from 4-8 hours a week.
Compensation: $11/hour
