Guest Services Representative

Acts as customer service representative for Transportation and Parking Services. Issues sponsored guest parking permits, provide parking information and directions to campus visitors.

Employee may sell parking permits at large events. Such as,conferences,athletic activities,concerts,etc. employee will be accountable for balancing cash received with permits issued. 

Employee may set up directional road signs & reserved spaces in support of special guest or dignitaries arriving on our campus

 

Employee must be punctual, have good communication skills,desire to help others and excellent customer service skills. Employee must demonstrate their ability to work as part of team.
